I’m Not a Doomer. I’m the Engineer Who’s Spent Three Decades in the Trenches.

And I’m done watching the same suppression playbook run for the fourth decade in a row.

I’m not here to scream “turn it all off.” I’m here to tell you we never had to choose between connectivity and biology in the first place.

But the industry, the regulators, and the captured science machine made damn sure we never got the choice.

Let’s run the receipts – quickly, because I’ve lived every line of this history.

▫️ 1970s–1980s Allan Frey, Robert Becker, Arthur Guy – U.S. military-funded research shows blood-brain barrier opening, DNA single-strand breaks, neurological effects at non-thermal levels. Result? Labs closed, funding vanished, researchers sidelined.

▫️ 1993–1999 George Carlo runs the $28 M industry-funded WTR program expecting a clean bill of health. Finds DNA breaks and early cancer signals instead. Industry response: kill the funding, smear Carlo, bury the data.

▫️ 1996 Telecom Act Section 704 is passed the same year the FCC locks in thermal-only guidelines. Local governments are legally barred from rejecting cell towers on health grounds – before 95 % of the population even owned a cell phone.

▫️ 2011–2018 NTP spends $30 M and produces the cleanest, most expensive RF cancer study in history. Result: “clear evidence” of malignant heart schwannomas and gliomas at non-thermal exposures. 2024 response: NTP quietly announces no further RF research, ever. Not “we need bigger studies.” Just… stop looking.

▫️ 2021 U.S. Court of Appeals (EHT/CHD v. FCC) rules the agency acted “arbitrarily and capriciously” by ignoring eight thousand pages of non-thermal evidence and children’s vulnerability. FCC’s response in 2025? Still nothing.

This isn’t conspiracy. This is public record.

And the cost is now measured in collapsing sperm counts (high-certainty WHO SR4A 2025), exploding childhood leukemia clusters, autism rates that were 1 in 10,000 when I started this fight and are now 1 in 36, and an entire generation growing up in a biological noise bath that scrambles the fidelity of every developmental signal.

But here’s the part nobody wants to say out loud:

We already solved the problem.

It’s called Li-Fi – visible-light communication.

• Faster than Wi-Fi
• More secure (doesn’t go through walls)
• Zero RF penetration into human tissue
• Works with every LED light bulb on earth
• Already deployed in hospitals, schools, defense installations, and starting to ship in smartphones

I hold patents in the photonics stack that makes it possible. Harald Haas and pureLiFi have been scaling it for a decade. It is not “future tech.” It is right now tech being deliberately slow-walked because it threatens the RF cartel.

Imagine every classroom, every pediatric ward, every home lit room on earth running 100 Gbps internet with zero radiofrequency exposure. We can build that tomorrow.

Instead we are forcing another generation to develop inside a microwave oven and calling anyone who objects a “doomer.”

I’m not a doomer. I’m the guy who spent 30 years trying to give the industry a biologically compatible off-ramp – and watched them choose profits over children every single time.

The S4–Mitochondria Rosetta Stone now explains every major endpoint with one mechanism. The engineering fix (Li-Fi + fiber) already exists. The science is no longer debatable.

All that’s missing is the political will to stop treating human biology as an acceptable loss.

Repeal Section 704. Restore independent research. Mandate biologically-based limits. Accelerate Li-Fi deployment.

Give our children back the high-fidelity developmental environment that every human generation before 1996 took for granted.

That’s not doom. That’s engineering.
