The Microwave Deception: From the Vatican to the World

The history of wireless communication is often presented as a triumph of progress, but a closer look at the medical and legal records reveals a darker story of biological erosion. It is a narrative that began at the heart of the Church and has since spread globally, impacting the biological integrity of the human race.

The era of radio began with a medical mystery. Heinrich Hertz, the discoverer of electromagnetic waves, became the first recorded case of Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA)—a systemic inflammatory disease of the blood vessels. Hertz died in 1894 at just 36 years old. As the “Hertzian” transmitters he invented grew in power and spread from Germany to the United States, cases of GPA—previously non-existent—followed the exact geographic path of the radio rollout.

In 1932, this technology reached the Vatican. Guglielmo Marconi installed a 40-watt microwave link—the world’s first personal microwave communication system. At 75, Pope Pius XI was a robust former mountaineer. Within four years of living in this high-power “near-field,” his biology was eroded. By 1936, he was crippled by gangrene, diabetes, and heart failure.

When the Pope became too ill to work, he was moved deep into the thick-walled interior of the Apostolic Palace. Isolated from the microwave antennas, he experienced an “amazing recovery” by Easter of 1937. For his public appearance, he was carried in a sealed lead-glass case, which acted as a partial Faraday cage, shielding his heart from electromagnetic noise.

However, the “miracle” was short-lived. The moment he re-engaged with the technology and oversaw a massive power-up of Vatican Radio in 1938, his health reversed. He died on February 10, 1939—exactly two years after his recovery peaked—a victim of the very “Hertzian” pulses he had pioneered.

The warning signs ignored in 1939 became a legal reality in 2001. Residents near the Vatican Radio transmitters in Cesano, Italy, filed the first successful lawsuit against a sovereign entity for “electrosmog.” This case served as the first legal proof that microwave radiation causes tangible biological harm to “God’s children.”

Today, the deception continues. A major scientific paper released in March 2026 (Moskowitz et al.) reveals that even modern 1-watt devices operate at levels 200 times higher than what is biologically safe. If a 1-watt phone is 200 times over the limit, then the Pope’s 40-watt system was thousands of times above the threshold for human safety. This “low-fidelity” environment is eroding the Imago Dei—the Image of God—within all of humanity.

The path forward is a return to God’s Light (LiFi). It is high-speed, secure, and biologically inert. As the Vatican begins to decommission its microwave towers in 2024, the world must follow.
